Oatmeal, apples, strawberries, low fat strawberry yogurt (especially Greek), broccoli, turkey deli meat, watermelon.
And I take back all the things I said
to make you feel like that
And I just wish that I didn't feel
like there was something I missed
And I take back all the things I said to you

And I give it all away
just to have somewhere to go to
    Give it all away
to have someone to come home to

    Oatmeal
    Apples
    Miso
Sauteed broccoli and carrots with teriyaki sauce
    Dried berries (in the oatmeal)
Peanut butter and low-sugar strawberry jam on whole wheat bread
    Raw carrots

I want to add to my list. I'm interested in trying that Greek style yogurt. And a lot of people listed pickles. I think I will grab a jar of those too next time I'm at the store. I like pickles but only ever eaten them on sandwiches and burgers.

Nonfat plain Greek yogurt has definately became a safe food for me! So low cal! Very high protein! No fat! I mix it with Splenda. Cinnamon. And fresh organic blueberries. Such a satisfying low cal treat!

I'm really impressed with everyone's lovely large amount of healthy foods in their safe foods list! Makes me think... after all of us having such a bad relationship with food, we learn and know that healthy food has the least tendency for us to feel bad. And usually it's much harder to overeat on health food, simply because a lot of the food God put here before we started making creme-filled doughnuts is actually meant to fill and nourish us!

    my safe foods are:
shiraitaki noodles (local asian grocery store)
    seaweed
AMAZING bottled korean corn silk tea (0 cal and tastes JUST like kettle corn!!)
    tofu
    any type of squash
    chia/flax/poppy/hemp seeds
    7 grain whole grain cereal
    raw soaked almonds
overnight oats with nonfat greek yogurt + berres
    cashew butter
    cocoa nibs and cocoa powder
almond milk, sommetimes skim milk (can trigger binge mode for me sometimes)
    homemade whole wheat bread
    diet snapple
lemon-lime water with salt (mmm, my new pre and post-workout electrolye drink)
    egg whites
    protein powder
    apples, oranges, celery, carrots

I like food. (haha but I HATE it too <3)

I LOVE eating just about any type of fruit. I've always really like fruit and my mom said even when I was younger I would choose fruit over candy most of the time. Some of my favorites are: strawberries, mangoes (I'll dice a fresh one and freeze it, so yummy), grapefruit, kiwano (tastes like cucumber and kiwi), and bananas.

I also really like a handful of dried cranberries, and cauliflower with a little bit of salt, pepper, and butter. And I love green beans(:

When my parents buy more of them and we have a good amount of fruits and vegetables in the house, I eat really healthy and have no problem with it because I really like fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables, it's when we run out of them that I start to binge and eat everything else.
