    Default Safe foods you LOVE to eat

    I'm not talking regular safe foods that are in your diet, but do you have safe foods that you just love? I delight in eating my cottage cheese and love eating my chicken and tuna. Salad's my staple but I just LOVE these foods because I can have them and not feel bad (in controlled amounts) and their tast and texture is lovely. I would honestly love to swim in a pool of cottage cheese - opening my mouth to take in that creamy gorgeousness - with black pepper of course.

    Haha i'd say yoghurt, particularly natural, greek, soya, and only the low or no fat kind. It's my favourite treat. You can use it for so many things too!
    It's makes a nice dip for fruits and veggies, a sauce for a salad, it's nice to have it with berries and seeds (for a bit of crunch!), or it's nice simply on it's own.

    Pickles, and banana peppers. I could live off them. Salty and crunchy, or sweet, sour, whatever. I love them. But I hate cucumbers; go figure.

    I am a pickle fiend myself. I don't have a problem wit cucumbers. I love them in all forms. Here's a few of my safe foods besides the wonderful crunch of pickles. mmm.

    * Romaine, field greens, spinach. ( not iceburg. it's icky to me. )
    * Tomatoes.. but they have lots of net carbs.
    * Celery. Of course.
    * Bell Peppers. Also have net carbs. =(
    * Diet soda and coffee.
    * Broccoli.
    * Sugar snap peas. Probably only thing with sugar in the name that I'll munch on.
    * Beansprouts and alfalfa sprouts.
    * Squash. Mmm.

    There's a few. All very healthy and great for a meal when you need energy to go to the gym..

    Yogurt and apples are my safe foods... so far. All my other safe foods turned into binge foods so quickly.
    And I take back all the things I said
    to make you feel like that
    And I just wish that I didn't feel
    like there was something I missed
    And I take back all the things I said to you

    And I give it all away
    just to have somewhere to go to
    Give it all away
    to have someone to come home to

    Homeade veggie soup..just veggies and chicken bouillon. And pepper..but only one cube of the bouillon because it's so saltly, but only 5 calories. I have veggie soup in the crock pot as we speak. Most definitely coffee, it is filling and gives you a high to keep going.

    Apples are my only current safe food. I've been eating almost nothing but apples for more than a month now and I'm still not sick of them. The great thing about apples is that they never turn into a binge for me because there's no possible way I can eat more than one at a time.
