    Default OCD Rant

OCD is getting to be more and more annoying everyday. All of these little rituals that I do are beginning to interfere with my everyday life; it tires me out and it just makes me feel worse about myself. If I fight the rituals for an entire day, everything just feels so out of balance and it makes me SO incredibly anxious...then the next day I'm right back at it. I'm so tired of this. :/

I know how you feel. Sometimes I just sit down and can't move I feel so anxious about the fact that I have so many things to be anxious about! I can't even order them in my head there's so many. Feels like I'm going mad.

That was me just a month ago. I could spend up to 12 hours/day slave of my compulsions.
In my case, environment change and a break from work are helping a lot. I also started therapy (meds+CBT). It's still hard and I'm not outta it, but doing better.
Don't wait too long. The more you feed the obsessions, the harder it is to get out.
    Tk cr xx
Recovered from PTSD and depression. Still fighting BN and OCD.
