    Seitan (26g protein for 100 grams: 100 kcal, 0,2 fat),chickpeas, tofu,mushrooms..
or try to find some vegetable burgers (look the nutritional facts

    these are vegetables one.

Chicken burst without skin, tuna, egg whites, seafood (depending on what)

these are the best animal ones. (low cal + protein)

you can go on meat too if you wish eating meat, but then don't choose red meat.
Be careful with your thoughts, they can start an action.

The body NEEDS fat to lose fat, eating low fat will just mess you up more. Have whole eggs, sardines, chicken, red meat etc. Fat is only a problem if you eat it with carbs because the insulin triggers fat storage.

The meat doesn't have to be white, it just should be lean, i.e extra lean ground beef or pork sirloin. They have almost the same calories as chicken... but often more protien. Also shrimps, grilled calamari and white fish like tuna, pollock, sole, ect. You can make fish pinwheels with the filling of your choice and bake them.
spirulina is what people in south america used to get their protien from for centuries. it's a seaweed that is high in protien and b vitamins... they sell a powder form of it and it is good added to green smoothies. has 20g protien per 100 kcal spoon, and is all natural and easy to absorb.
i'd also advise against soy protien unless you're vegetarian/vegan.

    Hahahahahahahahahahaha agreed.

I usually eat two or three egg whites for protein, then save the yolks for baking. They don't have much flavor on their own but some hot sauce and seasoned salt works WONDERS.
A still more glorious dawn awaits.

0% greek yogurt, egg whites, and whey protein powder are great. But healthy fats are VERY necessary in a healthy diet, so make sure to get some of those in as well.
