Who does what on this site??

So I was just wondering if it could be broken down as to what MODS can and can't do and same for Administrator's.

The reason I am asking is because sometimes I see different MODS on and Admins on and there is something I want to report and I have reported it but the people on don't do anything. So it has left me wondering if there are things that some MODS do and other MODS don't do or can't do. (same with Admin)

So if people knew what there roles were a little better rather than just reporting things and waiting for something to happen they could maybe just go right to a MOD or Admin and ask them if they like see them in the chat and know they are online.

Like I do know that Ritesh can do everything as he is the owner. So like only he can change someone's name. But can Chew do everything that Ritesh can do? And what all can MODS do other than asking people to follow the rules and edit peoples posts or close a thread??

So yeah if it could be broken down that would be great!!!

I don't know if you can remove the chat box, but I know you can go offline on it.
