    I love love love green tea. It is amazing for you for all the reasons everyone else listed. I like it plain and strong but if you haven't had it you might like it with some honey.

    green tea is amazing! and extremely good for you not to mention low calorie count.

    I found green tea on its own to be a bit harsh, it's really good for you but i prefer the green tea with orange and lotus flower from twinings i've also started drinking strawberry and mango tea and that has the most amazing smell and taste ever. its like drinking hot juice without the calories. it's also veryyy good for your skin, but i've just been told that drinking too much tea prevents as much iron entering your body or something.
