Default You know you've got BED when...

Okay, I saw this on a different page and thought it would be useful on this.
    So here goes...

You know you've got BED when: you have dreams about eating and eating and never getting full or upset.

    That's mine, what about yours?

When you act like a health-conscious person to others, and then go home munching chocolate, cake, butter, donuts etc. in massive amounts - and possibly flush it down the toilet afterwards.

Yup, and you feel like such a hypocrite... and a failure.
    - But only YOU can make it end! It's in your hands, and you CAN end it
In Japanese, the character for "tomorrow" is written 明日. 明= bright and 日= day.
    So - tomorrow's a brighter day

LOL that's me. When I don't eat my friends are convinced it's because I'm trying to be "healthy", guess they assume that I don't eat on my own either, haha.

When you forgot, or never knew, how one can eat one biscuit or a handful of crisps without finishing the whole pack.
    One step at a time.

When you are waiting for something to cook and at the same time you are eating something else and you are planning on what are you going to eat after that

When you start eating a "bad" food and figure that it's better to eat it all and not have it around than be looking at it all the time and being tempted.
