Well I got down to 120 just doing whatever I do normally so I guess it came from somewhere...:/ at my height when you lose 5lbs you look no different though. Only 10 or 20 make a notable difference. HOWEVER!

I've decided I am going to get a scale, just cause I'm controlling, and see where it takes me. But I'm going to stop counting calories, dieting, restricting etc, I'm deleting my loseit and probably coming on this site less once November rolls around and doing an experiment: I'm gonna eat whenever I'm hungry, whatever I feel like, to 1000cal or around there each day and see if all that BMR stuff is fo real and if I'll merely maintain my low weight. If I gain I don't think I'll care much anyways. I think I'm done with the whole anorexia thing...anorexics are no more interesting or disciplined than other people, despite how much they are widely acclaimed and praised I find >_> to be honest I found starving no toughter than binge eating! Good lord.

Running exercise is a best way to lose weight.I go for running daily in the early morning. before going for running i take mixture of boiled water and jeera powder with lemon juice.I am following my diet plan. These all the factors are very helpful to lose weight.

It isn't the best thing to get. I am glad to hear that you are thinking about going back to the 130's. Thats great!!!!
