Chewing skin around nails.
Yep, the skin NOT the nails.
I mainly do this when I'm anxious. Other times I'll do it because the skin around them is dry, which then will become raw once I'm done and then in a matter of days the skin will come back and it will be dry again and the hideous cycle goes on and on.
Anyone else?You can not imagine the immensity of the fuck I do not give.

Guilty my fingers look so bad, right now it's not even funny. I had to be sent to the nurses office because blood started oozing out. Not the best idea

Even if they are bleeding sometimes I keep doing it because I forget, so then I have to put band-aids on my sore fingers to prevent me from continuing further.

I do it as well, and sometimes it gets to the point it hurts. It's like a tick or an itch that I have. When I start on one finger, I find another to nibble at.
