How Can You Improve This Site?

Yep, I asked it. What can you personally do? We have such a diverse group of people on here, so many different thoughts and expectations. How can we make it better here?

How about each and every person set a goal to say at least one nice thing to one person on here in a thread that is seen as supportive. I can't see this as going against people's beliefs. Maybe this will turn into a cycle too, where if we are getting comments that are positive and warm and fuzzy and stuff, we'll be more likely to give the same to someone else.

Let's create a domino effect guys!!!!

at the end of the day we are all struggling with stuff, so being nice & supportive is how it should be, as this is the only place I get support apart from my therapist.

In a perfect world there would be no HIERACY. but for the world over this works, for better and worse.
i PERSONALLY would end all labels of 'status' << not needed, in terms of this forum.
if you're an admin a mod or anything of "power" it is NOT necessary to BE VISIBLE/BROADCAST IT. why can't those RULES be "invisible"
must you portray "power" etc? don't bullshit saying "we're just you" etc. we all know that's bull.
'guards' can rule toasted or as wet dough. and i LOVE TOAST! metalic robo iron rule is just as barbaric.
bottom line - my view >>>> remove this hierachy stuff
