I love saunas. Not for weight loss or anything like that, but just because they are relaxing.
I don't want to be a product of my environment. I want my environment to be a product of me.
Thank you for letting me share.

I love saunas, for the relaxation part
I'm especially a big fan of the ones heated by wood, electric ones can be so dry..
I remember seeing something called "a sauna belt" on tv shop ages ago, and it was supposed to get inches off your waist by just sitting down. And they advertised it as weight loss thingy. One of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. You just sweat and get dehydrated.

I love saunas. Make sure to drink plenty of water though. I got really light headed a couple of times from it since I didn't drink enough water during the day.

I would love to go into a sauna, however, I cannot by any means handle heat very well.
I have to bath with the door open to let air in or I'll pass out from the steam.
I've had many incidences where I went dizzy and almost passed out in a full bath & hit my body against the side of the tub. It's definitely good to have the door open.Contradiction.
My Life is Split in Two.
Rational & Irrational.
It is a Contradiction.
