    Cool The Exercise Game...It's fun I promise!

    The Exercise Dare game is where you post a "dare" to get up RIGHT that moment and do a certain exercise, then post a new one for the next reader...

    Example:

    bones303: I dare you to do twenty seven jumping jacks and fourty crunches!

    then.. molly3055: Did them, now do plank for one minute, then run in place for ten mins straight
    __________________________________________________ ___________________________

    get it?

    I'll start.

    Do one hundred crunches, then stand up and do twenty leg lifts (ten each leg)

    fun fun fun! i used to do jumping jacks in the closet while in transitional living at a treatment center. i love them.

    ok, then, .... do 5 back raises, holding each time for 5 seconds.

    That hurt my binge-full stomach SO much you wouldn't believe it. XD :P My friend used to be able to get her back at like a right angle doing those! Crazy!!!

    Errrrrm. Now I feel mean. :3

    16 as-high-as-you-can-do-it-high-kicks. Basically stay straight, kick forwards and UPATTHECEILING!

    And pow, the fun exercise game IS ACTUALLY FUN!!! =D xxx
