Friend's losing, I'm not.
Well, there's this guy I know who's been inserted a lap band or whatever is called and he's losing fast and steady. Like, he lost fifty pounds in less than three months (he was morbidly obese to start with and still is).
I'm happy for him.
I'm glad he's losing 'cause he was having issues due to the extra weight. I see how nicer is turning, but being updated on every pound he drops is quite frustrating.
Possibly, he thinks I can understand him more than others since I'm obese myself and he's after me so he may even believe I'll like him once he's fit or wants to share his successes with me anyway.
Last text was like: Lost another stone, despite eating and semi normal Xmas meald and BINGING on Sunday.
I've tried to tell him that this topic embarasses me, hinting at my ED (he hasn't got one, I'm pretty sure) and all I got was on the vein of YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY.
Really, I'm tempted to play dramaqueen next time he talks about it.
Everytime I was on a losing spree, I NEVER informed my friends on every pound lost, and not just because I'm secretive about my eating issues. I also didn't want my overweight friend to feel worse about themselves. I know, they could SEE I was losing but still...you know what I mean?
(sorry, this was longer than I expected and my English is not perfect)
