I was having this convasation with my bf.. he said "you can go without protein for a week or something and it wont hurt your heart"
and I say "ofc it will hurt your heart somehow?"
but he keept saying no.. so I was wondering if he was right?
this convasation started cause I said I wanted smaller arms and he said I maybe should try to go without protein so I'd loose the muscle mass..

how many days without protein can you go?
Why an Earth do you wish to lose muscle mass? It burns calories.

Reason: Sorry for using the word "loose"! :D"Beard (1839-1889), a neurologist, stated that girls who boasted themselves as miraculous maids were fraudulent and ignorant. It's something like 4-6 weeks without FOOD depending on body condition, reserves/extra fat stores, medical history, etc. I have never been able to find anything specifically about protein but I would imagine that you could go much longer than the 4-6 weeks without protein as long as you are eating something.
But, like the person above said, I wouldn't try to cut out protein to reduce the size of your arms. I would increase protein and do some toning exercisins to keep the muscle and firm everything up.
because I think my arms is more boy-ish than girly! <3

Firstly it's conversation not convasation.
In response to your question, having no protein won't hurt your heart. Starving yourself will.
your boyfriend is encouraging this???????Tora xx
yeah.. he is.. its kinda confusing.. I wish he'd tell me to stop instead.. but.. he says that he like really skinny girls.. but he also like "normal skinny" girl.. or whatever.. I try not to have this conversation with him cause I always ends up getting upset
I can tell you right now that your arms do not look as muscle-y as you think they do. I think my arm muscles are HUGE, but the other day my friend called them soft stick arms. :/ In reality they're somewhere between stick and bodybuilder, but you have to realize that, like me, you don't see yourself clearly. Your perception of your body cannot always be trusted right now (and neither, I think, can your boy's).
Protein is good for you, eat it4'10. 21.
