is angrily eating the whole fucking box of captain crunch. -____-
this is just going to get worse and worse...
why can't i deal with this in a normal way

I've been reading some of these..
and i'm not trying to be rude or anything,
everything is different to everyone..
but honestly,
a typical binge for me is, 5 or 6 dairy milk bars (the big ones)
a bag of ketchup chips,
4 large chocolate milks from tim hortons
6 tim hortons chocolate chip cookies..
half a tub of smarties ice cream
a veggie burger with the bun
this was all throughout today, can you imagine what it's like when I have more money and more pot?
I have no doubt I could beat Man vs. Food or anyone in any food eating contest (if it's not meat ;))
I use a website called Livestrong.com, to help track calories.
I stopped using it after I realized I can eat up to 7,000 calories in a day.
That's more than two pounds.
My stomach hurts.
What do I do..cw 130

I had 5 rice cakes, rice crisps, a cinnamon roll, pasta, more pasta, a danactive, and a lot of high calorie juice :/
i had way too much today, i tried to get rid of it, but i cant induce vomiting

My binge consisted of a turkey club for lunch followed a few hours later with a foot long turkey club with bacon and cheese. Mainly because my friend thinks it is dangerous for me to drive when I dont eat, but I do eat just not like she does. She eats about 1500 per day and fusses that I need to eat more. I do what I can. I was so sick from all that food yesterday. Today I am only having petite diced tomatoes, possibly a sprinkle of cheese. Guess eating so much yesterday explains the 3.5 lb weight gain this morning.
So tired of gaining. Thats twice in 2 weeks, hating the scales ever more.

Not again... just when I thought i'd stopped this stupid routine. My trigger today was stressing out about being ugly, enormous and needing to diet.
It started with 1 apple.
Then---
bowl of oats and honey x 2
bowl of bran flakes and dried cranberries x 2
4 chocolate biscuits
10 celebration (hahaha) chocolates
half a bag of mini shortbread biscuits
spoonfuls of peanut butter.
didn't get time to purge, ignoring the fact that i'm supposed to be recovering. Oh god.

Bread! Bread and cheese!!
I can't stand it I might even end up with pasta and butter too it's horrible
I need to find a decent UK calorie site and get on top of this. I just want some control right now.

2 grapefruits and 4 pickles, which was supposed to be 1 grapefruit and 2 pickles.
Best binge ever <3. Seriously if I ever have another 5k+ I'm jumping off a skyscraper. There's my planned binge. Concrete for dessert.

Holy Jesus.
I ate soo much today.
It started at my Grammy's house. I ate two broken up biscuits smothered in gravy. One of those Nutella 'n' Go things. I drank a Danimals smoothie. I ate a pack of swiss rolls. I ate two fun size bags of Funyuns. And lastly, I ate half a bean burrito from Taco Bell. :CWhat's the point in living, if I can't be beautiful?

IDK what I was talking about earlier. I can't recall a 5k binge. Must've been Christmas. But I made it to 3,100 today. :'(
This only happens when I try to eat normally.

here's the turning point: 2.5 more muffins 1,125

anddd she blew it!
I exercised a lot though. Maybe all this is justified.
