What did you binge on today?
For lunch I had a sandwich, water and some fruit...That was all I planned to eat today and then the binge cycle began
My binge consisted of a huge loaded cheeseburger, a large soda, and a large order of fries. I like those Oreo cakes that Walmart makes...well, I bought one and ate the whole thing :/ along with a tall glass of fat Vitamin D milk. I also had some more cookies and chips and I can barely breathe. My stomach feels hugeee!! I hate that I do this to myself why can't I just have like one slice of cake and that's it?!?!
I just started purging for the first time a few days ago and I think I'm going to in a bit...I feel disgusting! Purging is gross too but my stomach feels 10X better after I do it and I don't feel as guilty about the binging. Ughh I hate this :'(

=\ raisins, carrots, cold turkey(no pun intended),2 cups of rice pudding, oatmeal(with creamer FML!!), I feel like ive failed myself..
You can never put your life in another persons hands . Why you ask? Because humans are not perfect , eventually in one way or another they will let you down ; its not sad it just is. I only I am the master of my domain , wherever I am now I put myself here.

2 bowls of cream corn soup, half a family block of dark chocolate, half a pack of cruskits, a family pack of mini chocolates, a cheese stringer, god who knows what else.
I was doing so well today and I ruined it. I'm sick of this disease.
trust me, that's not even a bad binge.

I had a bit of almond butter and jelly, but it turned into a binge and I started eating the entire new jar. As I was sitting here reading threads about people who did not drink enough water while bingeing, I realized I would likely have great trouble purging almond butter. So I had a glass of water then decided to make a smoothie out of the remaining almond butter. So I threw ice, water, protein powder, and the rest of the jar of almond butter and jelly into the blender.
Wow, it was good! Like a peanut butter and jelly milkshake.
Then I decided to start on a box of cereal with cream.
Now I'm REALLY bloated up and it is time to purge.
Here I go....... uggggggghhhhhh

If you think your binges were bad....
mine started out with an ENTIRE carrot cake with icing (typical cake size)
Half a quiche pie
4 muffins
1L of diet coke
1 pizza pocket
1 grilled chicken burger
2 brownies
2 cookies
2 cups orange juice
1 cup shrimp stir fry
2 cups peanut butter cookie dough iced cream
1 cup smoothie
& i gained 11 pounds.... great
& im not a purger

I know exactly how you feel. Like I said I had just started purging...it seems almost impossible for me to get anything out though so I feel like I've given up on that. I have been binging for years though
I wish I could just stop. I just got on the scale and I've gained 13 pounds. The weight just keeps going up I can't control myself.

Please don't continue purging. You don't want to go down that road! Purging will destroy you physically and mentally. There are ways to treat BED without turning to b/p cycles!! I have a few books to recommend:
"Crave" by Cynthia M. Bulik
"Breaking Free From Emotional Eating" by Geneen Roth (her book "Women, Food and God" is also great)
Please don't purge. Please read these or get another form of help for your BED. You CAN recover!!Pain has an element of blank;
It cannot recollect
When it began, or if there were
A day when it was not.
It has no future but itself,
Its infinite realms contain
Its past, enlightened to perceive
New periods of pain.
