Day 2 fast.
I'm doing good so far, been drinking my own body weight in black hazelnut coffee and not wanting food in the slightest. I actually made my husband a sandwich during his lunch break and as I could smell the bread I actually could smell the fatness. I'm starting to get more and more repulsed just by even the look of food. Don't get me wrong, if I could, I would eat 100 mcdoubles drenched in buffalo sauce with infinite chinese food, but I'm finding it a hell of a lot easier to cook food for the hubby without even wanting to taste it.. I refuse. If it never touches my lips, if I never taste it, I have no problem and the binging becomes nonexistant. I lost .8 pounds since yesterday and although I only was planning on fasting until tomorrow night, I think I'm going to drag it on for a couple more days. I don't wanna put anything in my body until I lose 3 more pounds. Nothing, nada, zip. Just 3 more fucking pounds.. and then I'm spoiling myself with a 20 calorie brown rice marshmellow bar from Trader Joe's.

That's excellent keep up the good work!! I'm coming to the end of day 4 of my fast and have only lost 4lbs
but oh well I'm longing out for a z day fast if I can then 10 days and plan to start the abc diet
