Hello! I'm a totally new member and would like to join you guys in the abc diet. I will start in the morning.
How's it going so far?
I have been trying to lose weight for sometime doing the whole exercise and eating healthy thing but I don't seem to shift anything unless I restrict calories. And I know it works cos when I had my end of university exams a few yrs ago, I was so stressed out for the month leading up to the exams that I would feel so hungry and want to eat but couldn't as I was a bag of nerves, and the thought of eating made me feel nauseas. Plus I had persistent tachycardia from all the nerves and the weight just dropped off me... and I certainly wasn't thinking of dieting then. I only mention this because it helps me to know that it did work. I imagine this diet will be quite tough so it would be great to have people to message to keep motivated!!
good luck. (oh and my weight is 56kg and ideally i'd like to get back to what I was a few yrs ago: 52kg. I'm 165cm). xx
