Of course we can all do it together! And welcome!!! Ok so if everyone could list there starting weight and goal weight and what they eat each day that would be great....... So yea we all need to support each other!!!!!

I hope you don't mind another person joining i started today i hit 490 cals and I would really love the supoort and give support as well, there is nutella around and I am 2secs away from attacking it. BUT I WONT! I am like 140lbs and would like to at least lose 32lbs to hit my UGW of 108 LBS.

Ok so today all i had was like seven bites of salad!!! And i doupt it was any more than 100 cal. So that means i have 400 cal left!!!! I plan on having my moms home made pizza, dont worry its low cal!

I'm new here as well, and in dire need of a plan to stop my insane eating habits and lose this excess weight I've put on. Can jump on the ABC bandwagon as well?
Starting weight: 95
Goal: 85 (for now)
I need support to get back there

Hello!
it is great to see we are getting some more support! Thanks Lindsey! I am really excited to do this! i went out a lot with a friend yesterday but i managed to restrain myself, i was thinking how horrible it would be to come back here and say that i failed. so wednesday i had 410 calories, and yesterday i had 500. today is a 300 day, but i should be alright, because i only plan on eating dinner (fingers crossed!)

as for goal weights it is confusing
gw1: 144
gw2:139
gw3:133
gw4:129
gw5:120
and so on and so forth until my ugw: 105
but i don't think i am going to be able to make it to 105 in just 50 days. i want to make it to 129lbs, but if i even made it to 139lbs i would be escatic! stay strong ladies. <3 i'll being posting the calorie days in a second just in case anybody needs help or reminding with the numbers!

Thanx everyone fOr posting and as for brighteyed, we are on day 3 so u might be behind but its ok. As for me i cracked comletly. I ate a full salad from school!!! Which had meat in it!!!! Im so uncontrolable its not even funny!!!!!!!!!! So i had like 200 more cal than i was supposed to!
how did u guys do????

Ohhhh I think I might as well start this! Never tried abc. I have just been trying to stick to under 500 cals a day. This sounds great though! =) goodluck everyone.

I decided to just jump on day 3 because i need the support of having others go through this with me

So far I've had an apple, 2 diet sodas, and some broccoli florets with 1tsp pb.
I felt like i was going to pass out all day from just the apple, and because i ate it so early (7:30). blood sugar crash is not good :/
Hopefully just salad (lettuce and baby spinach with lite salt and 1 tbsp ketchup) for dinner. i might have another apple too even though i hardly need or deserve it.
so the total will be 80+30+40+50+80=280yes, i used to be diaphanous and translucent.
picture=me, 79, lost and high on low blood sugar.
now, i am a walking contradiction and a bag of mush and flesh.
huge, unrecognizably so. i disgust myself.
i want to be what i was.
