hey, i've noticed that you guys are really supportive of each other with the abc
i just started on the 5th of sept. and was wondering if i could post some of my days on here
im posting my intakes on a private blog but this thread sounds really nice

I started the abc diet yesterday so far I'm doin good. I'm new here, tryin to lose my baby fat.....hope you dont mind if I join you guys.
Breakfast: Coffee w/ splenda and creamer cal. 35
Lunch: Salad w/ tomatoe , dressing cal. 120

so I am fasting today like I Said. sorry to spanm this up but so far it is going well I am sitting at school by myself and have been for two hours because I needed an excuse. I said I was going out to eat with some friends, but I have practically been sitting around doing all of my homework, dead hungry. whatever progress soon (: and if I can make it through today I will have made it farther than I have ever made it in abc before ! stay strong guys I know you can do it! x

i really appreciate that! i am pretty dang proud myself!
i think i am going to take this chance just to reflect on the list i made when i started this!
'oh and sw: 148

as for goal weights it is confusing
gw1: 144--done
gw2:139--done! (just today!)
gw3:133
gw4:129
gw5:120
and so on and so forth until my ugw: 105
but i don't think i am going to be able to make it to 105 in just 50 days. i want to make it to 129lbs, but if i even made it to 139lbs i would be escatic!'
anyway so i have officially made it to both of my first two goal weights, which is a really big deal for me--i had been plateauing! and since i said that even if i only made it to 139 i would be happy this is super great!
and on the upside i am not even half way through yet :')
