The Terms of Use says: "NO posting of your stats, goal weights, high weights, low weights of any kind, ESPECIALLY not in your signature. "
I didn't realize that and am about to go delete mine. But I just kind of wanted to bring attention to that since I've seen so many with it. (Which, honestly, is why I didn't think anything of it.)Last edited by Roses; 08-08-2010 at 09:58 AM.

I didn't know that either... But surely it's not that bad if everyone's doing it and nobody's been told not to or has got banned over it...? Should I change my signature then? :-/

I changed mine just to be safe. It really does make sense though. It can be quite triggering and I bet that rule was made to avoid triggering to someone that didn't want it. (You know, say you post in the recovery forums giving someone support and they see that.)

Use your blog, and you can still put goals like "5 lbs to go" and "lost 11 lbs" in your sig I'm pretty sure.
I should change mine! @_@
