I can understand why you may be upset. I've had people ask me and it used to infuriate me. However I'm sure we can relate to being young and wanting to wear that size zero, willing to do anything. People give up too easily on exercise and think it's not working which leads them to searching the internet looking for tips. I pity the young girls who want to bring this upon themselves especially after all the damage its caused myself, but I really can't be angry anymore.

this is refreshing...a far cry from the recent posts ive noticed from people asking how to be drawn deeper into the ED. i really hope that you get out of this before its too late..i cant imagine going through it when youre 12. from 11-14 were my happiest years...my ED began when i was 15. by now its just too late for me, i wish someone would have pulled me out before it was too late...
"Man has a body which is at once his burden and his temptation. He drags it along, and yields to it. He ought to watch over it, to keep it in bounds; to repress it, and to obey it only at the last extremity. It may be wrong to obey even then..."

I don't have an ED and I certainly don't want one. I've seen secondhand what it does to people and the last I want is to be controlled by one. But I despise my body and I don't think that I can function socially unless I lose weight. I'm on a very restrictive diet currently and I come here not to learn how to purge (which I promised myself I would never get into) but to see what foods other people are eating, and to learn how other people hide the fact that they're not eating, etc.
I can't say I understand what some of you are going through, but I wish you didn't have to go through what you're going through.

Funny, my dad always used to tell me when I was weight lifting "Just please, whatever you do, don't start throwing up." And I replied in shock and said "I'd never even think of doing that, that's crazy. You don't have to worry about anything."
A few months later I began binging. Few months after that, I began purging.
Today...well, lets just say my trash can weighs more than me.
I'm really sorry, but you shouldn't be trolling on the types of foods 'we' eat. Or what 'we' do. You do sound like you have eating issues, but seriously, if you want to lose weight so damn bad, just eat healthy and exercise for Christ sake. People with the ideas like you make actual people like us feel like mannequins. Pull yourself out while you still can.I'm insane,
And I fuck great danes.

Jump off a building haha!! When I was inpatient, a friend came to visit me and spent the whole time asking me for diet tips. WTF.

People think tht there is some big huge secret that will have them wake up 15 pound lighter in the morning...and there's just NOT. eating disorders are not something tht you decide to have!!! When I first started with this BS 19 years ago I never even thought for a second to ask for "tips or tricks". It really freaks me out when people ask me how to purge? How to starve!!!?? Honestly, if you can't figure these two things out then you should probably go ahead and give up on breathing too.
