Default Exercises that burn lots of calories?

OK, im new here so hey I might not post alot since im not that skinny so i dont really think i deserve to be here, but when i lose a few more pounds then i will start posting (:

Anyway, i just had dinner, the first thing i ate today but it was quite alot of mash, gosh way too much
And i feel full now which i HATE.

does anyone know any exercises i can do at home that are quiet but burn of LOTS of calories? -Also i dont have anything like a exercise ball (i know, how crap)

check out the 500 calorie workout thread, theres a link to a youtube video. i know it uses restrain bands and weights, but you can use anything as the weights and the restrain band...you can probably think of something to use with abit of imagination lol.
