    Default Tae-bo?

Has anybody else here had the amazing life changing experience of tae-bo??

I first discovered it about a year ago and it was the best cardio I ever did. I went on it alongside a massive restriction, doing the tae-bo dvd twice a day and then yoga at night before bed and WOW, the weight i was losing was just ridiculous. Honestly, I would weigh myself on the wii fit (which gives accurate results to the GRAM) before and after and could see myself losing a lb in the space of an hour. If you haven't tried it and are looking for a good cardio program, give it a go! I've heard the full 70 minute session burns somewhere between 500-800 calories, so doing it twice a day I guess I was burning 1000-1600 calories a day BEFORE the relaxing yoga (which really helps you sleep if you use alot of caffeine based appetite surpressants), and it's not repetetive or overly difficult like many cardio programmes.

If you're gonna look into I'd reccoment the original Tae-Bo fitness dvd. It's the original and the best, and only like £3.00 on amazon right now!

I remember doing that awhile back. I had great results with it too. I have the very original ones that are on vhs. I probably should go invest in some of his dvds now... lol

Wow, thanks for the advice!! Yeah I am right now finding most exercise DVDs are too easy at this point which is not good- I should be sweating at the end of a workout and sore the next day!
Another one I think I am going to try is the dallas cheerleader boot-camp. I watched the show and most girls on there are ripped so...
