So beach tomorrow..
We havent been to the beach in a couple of weeks. I am currently sick but as long as im taking my tylenol cold stuff I think ill be okay. After eating I feel like i can feel my butt jiggle...like its slowly seeping all over me..

Tomorrow I think im going to do coffee..and something light for dinner the scale flashed in at 105 which means my weight has been steady so now if I can get to 98 as a gw Ill be happy for now ultimately before this recovery shit I want to hit 83 thats my number... Sick but that will give me a BMI offfff 15.7 not too bad =p

Im tired I should probably go to sleep I have to be up early.
