most people with an Ed ritualy weigh themselves every morning but i can't bring myself to step on the scale. I'm too afraid that the number will have gone up or not moved at all and then it'll just crush and discourage me from even trying. Although I've never really cared much for the number on the scale, its all about what you look like to me. In fact i don't even own a scale actually, but i am obsessed with measurments i measure waist, hips, thighs, arms, and chest almost every day hoping they will be a little smaller each time. Anyway I've been doing pretty well lately yesterday all i ate were a few pickles and some cabbage( all negative calories) and today i had 2 egg whites for breakfast(34 cals) a low calorie torilla wrap with cheese and turkey (165 cals) some fat free cottage cheese (70 cals) a peach (30 cals) and a turkey burger, just the patty- no bread or anything else with it (140 cals). So daily total=439. I have a feeling tommorow is going to go very badly since the whole day will be spent on a roadtrip with family. Basically im screwed since i have to eat around all of them

I fear the scales as well. I don't own one either.
Better to trust your eyes. Or not..
But still, I believe that the scales would mindf*ck me even more, and I really don't want that.

Yeah, it's not weird to avoid the scale. My recovered friend cries when she has to get on scales and relapses, so she doesn't go near them.
