I guess I'm in a full-blown relapse. I don't want to go back down this road. I forced myself to choke down two tablespoons of almond butter with breakfast, even if I could barely eat the rest of my meal because of it. 3 large celery sticks, a half cup of grapes, an apple, and two tablespoons of almond butter. Well... that was the plan. I managed to eat almost all of the celery and the almond butter, but I only ate about half the grapes and none of the apple. I.need.food. Not for comfort, not because it tastes good, or because it's available, but because it is fuel. I will teach my body this lesson.
