Okay, it's tempting. It's really, really tempting. But Natalie is always there to give me a check up from the neck up! So, I busted my ass at the gym. I ate a full meal today of chicken casserole and steamed green beans. I burned nearly 600 calories and ran 6 miles.
I think that evens out decently.
My one failure and weakness is the pills. I found some Michael stashed away and I took 3 today. That's going to be a tough one to break... But I'm making some progress, right? Why beat myself up over that?
...There I go making excuses for myself again. But, I'm good with it.
