Lately I've been losing as much as 4lbs in one day.

It's all water weight, I'm sure. I haven't changed my diet much - but that's what concerns me. I've been staying between 400-600 cals a day coupled with a few glasses of water. So why am I suddenly losing so much? When I first began to seriously restrict - 300-400 cals with water - I'd only lose about 1lb a day.

Even if it IS just water weight, that's still concerning. 4lbs of water can be dangerous because of losing electrolytes and such. Does anyone else experience this, and should I be worried? :L

Do you drink all the water at once, or is it balanced throughout the day?

What other liquids do you take in?


E: also, are you exercising a lot? E.g. losing a lot of water through sweat?
