So I don't have to go to work tomorrow.... So this is the perfect time for me to start, usually the first 2 days are the hardest for me...

I am going to only eat less than 300 cals, walk and exercise....

I am excited for this and get back on track! I don't have anyone that monitors my eating, so this shall be easy for me, the only downside I work in an ittalian restaurant with food and smells, But I will just drink lots of water and I will be fine!

It won't work. 300 calories are unrealistic for you to sustain the energy necessary to even do things, let alone walk and exercise .. It'll effect your psyche into a depressive state because you're over working and depriving yourself of the nutrients your body needs.. I would do set goals little at a time instead of going above and beyond and not meeting expectations. You look great anyways
