OKAY so. tomorrow i am not going to purge.

i'm sick of the cycle i've gotten myself into. everyday i don't eat anything until after school and then i go out with my friends and eat like crazy person, then purge. then when i get home, i b/p on whatever is in the house and then i throw up whatever my parents feed me for dinner. purging 3 times a day is not how i want to lose weight... i'm not really losing weight though. most of the time i do, but then there's always some binge that i don't get to purge for whatever reason and i'll have gained like 4 pounds. i know, it's mostly water weight but seeing the numbers on the scale go up is NOT okay for me, even if it's not "real" weight.

tomorrow i want to restrict to 400c. it's funny how 2 months ago, i would have thought that was waaay to many cals, and struggled to eat half of that, but now it seems like so little. greeat lol.

this is my plan: breakfast - light yogurt (60c) green tea (0c)
lunch - 2 rice cakes (70c) salsa to spread on top (10c) 2 turkey slices (20)
snack - brownie (90c) and miso soup (45c) green tea (0c)
dinner - 40c pack of noodles (they're AMAZING!!) with sauce (depends on what sauce i use, but i'll keep the sauce 60c or under so the whole meal is 100c or less)

soo that makes my daily total 395. i hope i can do it!

Good luck! I'm sure you'll do great. Your plan sounds good cuz you'll get some nutrition (yogurt, turkey, miso) so that should help. & Planning out what I'm going to eat always helps me so hopefully it will help you too. :]

I'm 22 now .. but when I was in highschool, I didn't even think I had a eating disorder but I did. I'd either eat just a piece of pizza and milk, or just chips for lunch .. it's not enough but nobody ever said anything .. I'd get skinny comments later on and I guess when i puzzled it together, I became the opposite and now can't eat enough. I never threw my food up though I just never gained weight
