just nipped on my laptop for 10 mins while im getting ready for school haha!
needed a little more motivation for today ;)
todays menu:
apple at 10:35 or 12:30 depending on how i feel..
and maybe a salad for dinner.
and tons of water of course :)
im looking forward to it!

(big gap between lw and hw i know..its a pretty long story but, i was disabled for about 8 months last year, i got depressed, hardley exercised and comfort ate..the weight piled on! regret it millions now :( )

goal #1: 150 lbs.
goal #2: 140 lbs.
goal #3: 120 lbs.
final goal: 110 lbs.
~ nothing tastes as good as thin feels, and i want that feeling back ~
