I think it's more about drinking rather than bulimia.

But you made me think of that song "stupid girls."
offencive, to call bulimics stupid

watch it.

Near the end there's a scene of girls puking...
and then the back of pinks underwear says "Say no to food"

Ever seen that episode of The Simpsons where Lisa starts starving herself and walks through a clothes shop surrounded by really thin girls? It's called 'Sleeping With The Enemy', it has a few references to EDs in there, just thought you might be interested :)

I know, and it made me sad at the end of the episode when she says she will continue to struggle with her body image and self esteem, it's a sad reflection of society these days :'(

I found an awesome parody on youtube about wannarexics, it really highlights some of these stupid people that want an eating disorder. Here's the link: To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

That's a really good song.
I usually don't fancy rap, but that was catchy.

Haha, the cake... that's exactly how my binges are. "if I can just have one bite, that will prove my will power..." then I eat half of whatever it was "Okay, I'll stop here and it won't be so pathetic" then I eat the rest.

I love the end of that episode, when she won't say something conclusive because it's an open ended problem. such a good episode!

I know. It was!

Lisa makes me want to roll on the table after a binge.
bahhaaha

I wish her mom noticed it though... but it's an open ended problem

Things like this just are not funny. It's not clever or unique at all. Musical comedy is hit and miss at the best of times, but this is just rude and unfunny.

I thought it would have been better if it didn't try to be funny. A lot of the time I don't "get" Americans' humour anyway though. There are many valid points in it though. I don't have an eating disorder that's anywhere near serious, but even I find it annoying when people show up on a site and go "so I need to lose weight for summer, I'm thinking of trying ana? Any tips?" (it's usually not as well spelled as that either), so it must be incredibly frustrating for people who really really struggle and have serious health problems to read that kind of stuff. It's like saying "you know what, I don't have much self confidence, so I think I might try being a sociopath, does anyone have any tips?"
