Hey everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Jess and I've been obssessed with my weight for about a year, don't know wearther to class it as an actual eating disorder but i think its becoming that way. I've also been compulsive self harming for about 6 months now. I'm quite depressed about my weight and other things in my life at the moment and dying to get thinner. Has anybody got any tips to lose the weight quickly? At the moment I'm just cutting down my eating but its so hard when your parents start noticing.

Ingest UNDER 500 calories for the first week.
Then, start changing up your routine;
300 one day, 500 the next. You get what I mean.
Don't just sit around, exercise. I do latin Dance.

Diet supplements are okay, but start out with a mild green tea.
Work your way up, so it won't give you the mega shakes.

Get at least 6 hours of sleep.

Under 500 calories seems to be working pretty well so far, i'm actually looking forward to alternating days. I've started on a green tea too.
Its actually really quite relieving to feel like i might actually be losing weight again instead of just putting it on like recently. I want to be my old weight so much but since i got down to a great weight i thought it might be safe to start eating normally but it just gets out of control.
