I have disgusting thighs that despite quite a lot of weight loss haven't improved much. I've lost everywhere else on my body except my thighs and it's driving me mad...
I go to the gym and also try and do general toning regularly but nothing seems to reduce the size of my thighs. I want to make them thinner and also more toned. I know you can't spot where you lose weight, but I'd always thought you could do this by exercise, but apparently not
Does anyone know what exercises tone and trim thighs without building muscle? I would have though general cardio like running but I've heard that that can actually make cellulite look worse...
Any help would be appreciated :S
