I have disgusting thighs that despite quite a lot of weight loss haven't improved much. I've lost everywhere else on my body except my thighs and it's driving me mad...

I go to the gym and also try and do general toning regularly but nothing seems to reduce the size of my thighs. I want to make them thinner and also more toned. I know you can't spot where you lose weight, but I'd always thought you could do this by exercise, but apparently not

Does anyone know what exercises tone and trim thighs without building muscle? I would have though general cardio like running but I've heard that that can actually make cellulite look worse...

Any help would be appreciated :S

Inner or outter thigh?
My problem is my inner thigh.

Either!

Clothes-wise I'd say inner because I'd like to shrink there to fit into smaller clothes, but when it comes to the summer and bikini time I'd say outer because that's what everyone sees and what I'd like to look more toned!

hmm... well i would say to run, thats what i do almost everyday. but if you have heard otherwise... maybe try some leg lifts, or squats? sorry if this didnt help :confused::(

Definitely leg squats help alot. Also, if you have that inner/outer thigh machine at your gym i'd say about 8 sets of 25 reps is good for each machine. Hope i helped:)
