We have soup broth in our fridge with reduced sodium,
It only has 15 cals per 1 cup
2g of protien

I was wondering if soup broth is good to drink or will it make me retain a lot of water?

If it's low sodium it's good hon... but I would still consider it a food more than a drink... (Just my thinking... anytime I ut something in my mouth that has more than 3 cals... I consider it a food.) But I am also a HUGE fan of broth... It's a GREAT meal if you put lots of veg in it too! Quite filling for a small amount of cals ; )

Yeah, Okies.
Just wanted to make sure.

Yeah that's what I thought when I saw the amount of cals,
I'm like wow I could make a good soup for like super low cal.
