hi girls just a quick post to say im back on track and am now just 3lbs from my target and 7lbs from my goal weight. for the last week iv been eating two bowls of bran flakes and some fruit each day, iv lost another 4lbs this week and am feeling so positive about everything again.
Just wondered how everyone else is doing. stay strong girls we can do this.

I'm so happy for you! I've just started a waterfast which I'm going to keep up for a week. I just hate my body right now, more than ever. So I really have to make it! xx
