I am currently 8 stone 13lbs. This is my heaviest and I hate it. I want to get to around 7 stone. I am exactly 5ft. I'm gonna keep a journal of what I eat and how I feel which I will b writting in everyday. I will weigh myself weekly as I don't own scales anymore.
Wednesday 7th January.
Breakfast- 2 coffees.
Lunch- 2 coffees.
Tea-
I feel really good, it feels so much nicer havin a near empty stomache beats havin a full bloated belly. I feel really positive about this, just gonna try and stay away from ppl at the mo tho as my willpower is crap so I figure that if I don't c any1 I can't b offered any foods.
