1/2 cup walnuts
1 banana -
1 apple -
2 dates
2 tablespoons rasins
2 dried apricots
1 1/2 cups Vanilla soy milk or regular milk
/add cinnamon for flavor/
1. Chop nuts and fruit and layer into two bowls
2. Pour cold or gently heated milk into each bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon
*I got this recipe on the carton of my soy milk,
You can use whatever milk you drink though.*
This makes 2 servings so if you only want 1 serving, just 1/2 everything.

Not sure,
I guess you'd just have to look up the calories for the fruit
and then the calories of the milk you use
Since I looked up the cals for the fruit and its all based on the size you use,
so it really varies.

yeah thats what i thought.,...
I bought a breakfast fruit pot in M&S & in it included most of that (Dates, Apples, Dried Apricots .etc) without the nuts & with water instead of milk & it was just under 250 calories. x
This recipe is nice but it is like a smoothie, unless you make it perfectly, the calories are huge! x
I would swap the dried fruits for fresh, they're less calorie dense. x
Chewthin. x
