Back on the Baking bandwagon

I have my need back to bake. My kids love it... cookies, slices, muffins... glad I cook them as I won't eat them after melting a whole block of butter into them!!

Who can beat my collection of 1285 recipes??

Not me! My culinary skills extend only to to reading the instructions on the packet, or heating up leftovers.

i love to bake, but i definitely don't have that many. that's so sweet that you bake for your kids though :] i hope one day i can bake for my own family! for now, i just bake for my friends who love it and my parents who hate it (they don't eat desserts or carbs and don't like having the temptation in the house lol) soo it's common for me to bring cakes, cookies and muffins over to my friends houses. baking often triggers binge/purging for me though, but there's something so relaxing and peaceful about being in the kitchen. plus i just feel so proud and accomplished when people tell me how good what i baked was. i love seeing people enjoy the food i made (especially when it's my skinny friends eating desserts mwhaha :] )
