I've had such a massive binge today.
My stomach is bulging out, I have huge love handles, my thighs rub together when I walk and I swear my feet are fat :(
Today, I had:
2 slices of white toast with jam & butter
loads of after eight mints
half a terry's chocolate orange
a sausage roll
macaroni cheese and 2 slices of white toast with butter
a packet of crisps
a kit kat
a full fat chocolate milkshake...
and I can't even remember what else but I know there's more and that I'm a fat pig :'(
I wasn't even hungry, I just felt this massive urge to stuff my fat face.
I don't know what to do.

first of all relax...the worse you feel about the binge and the more you beat yourself up, the more likely you will be to binge again. how far out of your normal range was the binge? did you eat it all at once or over the course of an entire day?
funny thing about the body...if you do binge once in a while (for a day or few in a row) your metabolism will spike like crazy! so don't be so hard on yourself!!! everyone has "off" days!

hi hun, im in the same boat - had a very bad bad bad day but am not letting it turn into a binge. im going back on fruit and veggies tomorrow and then a 300 restrict until 23rd jan. i will be thin again, one way or another i will get my bones back.

You'll be ok, sweetie. The trick is not to turn the day into a total pig out once you make one little mistake. I'm still trying to learn that but in the long run if you forgive yourself for the first mistake, then you won't feel like you have to go overboard and binge. You'll also save yourself a ton of cals and a ton of damage--way more than that one little chocolate or cookie would have been.
You're going to be ok, just get back up and keep going!

hi hun hope your feeling better, iv had a fantastic couple of days and am now only 3lbs from my target and 7lbs from my goal weight. iv got until 23rd to lose half a stone - easy! looking for ward to being skinny again. :)
