I've been so busy the past few months, that my eating habits went unchecked and i have another 10 pounds to prove it! (265 pounds at the moment, i hate myself!)

I'm sitting here disgusted and after binging on a mini cheesecake, a load of pasta and a can of cherry cola. ( i was having a rough few weeks and my skinny friend came round to cheer me up, little does she know thats she's left me sitting here hating myself and i am just so sickend by myself!)

Things need to change!! I need to STOP!!! HEEEELLLPPP
I need to lose as much as i can by the end of feb cuz i have a party to go to.

Enough about me... I hope your all getting on well :)

Oh dear, well the only advice i could give you is try cutting out that bad food one at a time, so you dont feel like your missing out on everything.
like, desided to stop drinking soda(diet is okay, only 1 cal technically, but thats all up for you to deside) then, cut out ice cream ect.
Maybe that will help you start to get yourself back on track?

When I'm in that mode, I try to pick the thing I am craving most and have it on Sunday... a controlled portion and only on Sunday.. why, because I'm a rule girl and Sunday is a day when I'm with others, I can't binge too badly but I can appear kind of normal.

I will never allow myself such a food when not around others as it can turn into a nasty binge.

Also, get that kind of food the hell out of your house if you can.

ive had a bad binge day too
breakfast:
1 bagel
2 cups of root beer

lunch:salad
cheeseburger
1 bagel

I need some inspiration and motivation.....badly lol:(

Ahh crap!! I agree, try to get that junk food out of your house. (I know it's impossible sometimes. I have a husband lol)
At least get it out of your line of vision... That really helps me.
And yea. If you eat it, do it in front of you a) so you don't binge and b) so people think you're actually eating... lo.l
