I can't say I agree with this diet in it's entirety. I think there is way too much food included in the plan. I do just the soup reciepe and that works very well for me. It's plenty filling without too many cals but I would gain weight on that diet--meat, potatoes? Can't see how that's a weight loss plan.
Fruit, veggies, soy yogurt, eggwhites, vegan cheese, and rice cakes make up the bulk of my diet when I'm "eating". Right now I'm fasting and I'm just doing coffee, broth/soup, diet coke, water and smokes. The most I intake a day is 200cals but I vary what and when I eat.
Good luck!

it depends. Some days I'll have it whenever I'm hungry--like three times a day and then others I'll just have it once for dinner.

I'm going to try this diet next week, I will do exactly what the diet tells me to, even though I'm disgusted by some of the extra stuff you have to eat. I'm going to test it and trust it. I'm basically bored with the stuff I eat now and I need some diet excitement in my life. Woohoo... :p

I wont be trying this diet out anyways. BUT! I have made the soup and it only contains 18 calories pr. 100 grams... that's really little. The soup works great as a "filler" and it tastes good if you spice it right. :p
Just thought I'd let you know. ;)

yo! lol. me and my mate both did this diet together last year, and just had this for lunch and dinner (neither of us eat breakfast anyway) and we got so bored of it by like day 4, the same soup, 2/3 times a day. Don't get me wrong, we adapted the recipe to add some of our favourtie veg, and it was a really nice soup by the time I had Gordon Ramsey-d it up! lol! But yeh we also had smelly farts to! haha xx
