hey everyone-
so last night we had a school dance, which kinda started my binge night/day session...
so that night i had to have a sprite and fruit and a brownie cause i got low blood sugar :( damn it. so then later that night at home i had a few nuts, flax cereal, and some carrots, and a bite of peanut butter and my vitamins.
ok, so today for breakfast i had my usual 50 cal. yogurt, then my friend and i went to lunch and i had 130 cals. worth of sushi, and less than 180 cal. of jamba juice with a fiber boost, some more nuts, almonds, a green apple, carrots, more prunes, more flax cereal, a bit of chocolate which i chewspit, and a little bit more nuts.... ughh. i mean come on! how stupid am i?! plus the dinner i have to eat tonight
i mean at least it wasnt like a super high cal. binge... its mostly fiber and low calories but still, i regret it and i feel SO fat and ugly now. fml. and this week at school are finals... so im gonna eat a little more breakfast than usual... im so nervous for finals. :(
and im gonna try to restrict this week as much as i can...
