I dropped a thread about our daily intake on new years Juice fast parade, cause im curious how r we, how much are we eating/drinking...
2. day 6:16pm.
- 2 cup of tea (virgin, normal)
- 2oranges + 1pear + 2kiwis +1apple
- deit cokes
- 1and a half hour gym. (around -700kcal)
im feeling well, and thinner:)

Good girl! The only reason I don't eat as much on a fast is because I'm too lazy to work out. I hate working out unless I have a personal trainer and I can't afford mine right now.
Fasting is easier than working out for me:)

and ohh yes...i know there is two choice:
workout and eating/drinking a little (much more this for me)
or
only, but really fasting

3. day
I couldn't sleep i was fuck'n hungry...so i ran to the kitchen for my virgin tea...huhh great feeling...but i was soo powerless:(
- 2 oranges, 2apples, 3kiwis, 2mandarins
- 3 chinese cups of natural veggie soup
- an apple
hate borring sundays, always ate, and went to the toilet before all day,...but now serious diet/fasting's more importing.

4. day
sweet busy mondays^^
INTAKE:
- natur yogurt
that kept me going all day.
- some nuts&raisins
GYMTIME: 1,5 hour (kb. -700kcal)
THE MISTAKE: - 1cup veggie soup
- 1 orange, 1apple
My stomach was sooo bad from the f**kn nuts, if somebody thinking of nuts, pls not!!! those warriors almost killed me, and they were bio ones. no more for sure.
FINALLY I FOUND OUT MY DAILY INTAKE: max. 300cals
The most of the cals from fruits, and veggies or only juice someday.
Except I will eat a nature yogurt/2days.
My only problem is that, well im doing this diet for 4 days, and i lost only 1lbs.
Ok...i can see my bones better, and myself thinner in my big mirror.
I know, the weight loss will be starting to go harder after a week.
Hopefully, when i cleaned out the lot of chocolate from my body blahhh.

5.day
intake:
- Danone actimel (70cal)
afternoon gymtime: 1andhalf hour (kb. 600cal)
- 2oranges, 1apple, 2kiwis, 2mandarins
- veggie soup
- 3 rice snakes
and now i did the biggest mistake ever...so this will be motivating me, seems like yesterday's lil mistake wasn't enough for me.
so i ate 1of my mothers sugarfree, glutenfree pencake at 8:30pm, because i now i have to learn a lot, and i cant without food,,,but this was enough, im fed up absolutely.
i was running in my room for half hour. oO
need a punishment, i know it sounds like somekinda fetishist, or sado-mazohist, im not.
tomorrow intake: 1apple

I know how you feel. Don't be too hard on yourself. The more you restrict the harder it is to resist. You're better off eating more fruit to satisfy your cravings and then slowly reducing your caloric load. I'm doing the Fasting Souls program right now--the total for the week is 600 but it lets you vary your cals over the week as long as you fast for at least a day.
I totally know how you feel about wanting to punish yourself but it's really not the best idea. I've had times when it was all I could do not to put my cigarette out on my arm but in the long run, restricting and fasting is beautiful. Self harm is not.

yes, its true...
but u know,,, i really cant believe this...some girls r soo strong, and they r doing it because they have got a sickness called ana.
and me doing this too, but im doing this better why i could earn money, and travel.
and shit, i cannot cause im like a piece of butter. ahhhh
this reducing strategy will probably working, but shit aaaa i hate fooood!!!!
now i did my exams...calm down time
so i try it again, but i start with more food, and after i will reduce it day by day.
like with: rice, veggies, fruits, natur yogurt, nuts sometimes
extra stuffs: algae, and virgin tea
