I am going to do this for at least 7 days and longer if i can (I am notoriously rubbish at fasting).

HW: 158lbs
LW: 109lbs
CW: 131lbs (disgraceful I know - especially being as I am only 5'3)
GW1: 115lbs
GW2: 105lbs
FGW: 95lbs

I want to reach my final goal weight by 23rd March. A challenge but I think I can do it. If I get to 105lbs I'll be happy because that'll be the lowest I've ever been and I'll have broken a personal record!

So... here it is 6:57pm

Breakfast: 1 cup fresh smoothie (115 cals) topped with water, 1 cup water
Morning: 2x cups black tea with no milk/sugar; 2x cups water
Lunch: 1/2 carton low fat vegetable soup (95 cals)
Afternoon: 1x cup black tea with no milk/sugar, 1 cup water
Dinner: 1 cup fresh smoothie (115 cals) topped with water

Total cals: 325

Supplements: 2x Hoodia; 1x multivitamin; 1x iron; 1x calcium

weight loss will be reported tomorrow!

I am officially starting today as well! I think that we will be able to help each other through it as I am notoriously bad at sticking to fasts as well.

Hi guys so...

Day 2 & 3 I followed the same plan as above but alternating the fruit juice with Tomato juice.

So far I've lost 3lbs. i think i might reduce to 250 cals tomorrow. or cut out the soup and replace with tea.

I tried to do some exercise yesterday which was not good so I'm gonna leave it until i break the fast. 3 days is really good for me to stick at a fast... keep me strong girls!

My friend is coming to stay tomorrow night and she likes pizza :s I might try and cancel so as not to ruin things. xx
