So tomorrow starts my fast. I have to start psyching myself tonight so I can wake up strong. My husband is my biggest binge trigger and he's home from work until the 5th so I just have a few more days left that it's going to be harder to fast but once he's back to work it's all roses. I'm home all day and then I go out to class at night so I miss all meals when he's around. Yay, me. I have to get those 20lbs off before school starts on the 21st.

how can u do it?
does anybody able to, waa because i have the same i mean, i have got 20days to take off min. 20lbs...and im very pessimistic and confused.
Will u do with that juice fast? or something else?

I drink black coffee and tea, smoke, drink water, sometimes diet coke if I'm really hungry and 10cal veggy broth at night--which hot pepper in it to keep my metabolism moving.

I can drop about 1lb a day like this so I should be able to get to or near my target for the 21st.

I also you herbal laxative for the first few days to clean out my system.

So far today:
2cups black coffee and water. Chewing some sugarless gum, right now and feel fine.

Your profession is always astonish me...:)
but that hardcore black coffe and only water,(or small veggies) is a real killer for the stomach:S

why my perfession? You think I should be smarter than to live with ana? Guess what, ana dosen't discriminate between age, profession, gender--nothing:)

Yesterday was a difficult day but the first three are usually the worst. I woke up feeling fine today--no headache or anything. I'm happy about the 5lbs gone but I've got at least 15 to go before the 21. I can do this--it's just a lb a day.

we had to go over to my God parents house and there is always food all over the place. Today it was pizza. I came prepared though, and stuck to my cabbage soup some raw veggies, steamed brussles sprouts and maybe 2oz of mango.

I didn't want to eat this much today but having the veggies to fill up on kept me from having any interest in the pizza.

Dropped another lb today.

Doing well. Yesterday was only 47 cals.

Today I'm eating a little more but it's better that way, I can vary my cals and keep my metabolism guessing. Totaly for today 300ish.

1 cup green soup
1 cup cabbage soup
1 raw food bar 180--that was my big eat for the week.

I fit back in my skinny jeans with a little muffin top. I'm going to slid into them in two weeks;)
