hi hun im back too, have been bad over christmas but am back now and im starting a 300 cal restrict in the morning. hopefully soon we will all be here to help each other regain our control and lose this fat together. i say we should all be a reasonable weight for new year and then push on for perfection.

I agree, the sooner we all are back on the wagon, the stronger we'll be to help eachother. I have to go back to class at the end of Jan and I want to be 20lbs less by then. Fasting should do the trick. By my son's first b'day I want to be 99lbs. I can so do this! And being busy again will make it so much easier. Why are we all such over achievers?
