asthma doctors appointment

next wednesday i have an appointment to see the asthma nurse,
last time i went she made me get weighed so am dreading going incase she weighs me again which she prob will to work out my lung capacity.

she has to use my age, height, weight to work out what my lung capacity shud be and then i do this blow test thingy.

and last time i went to see her was in september and ive definatly lost weight since then and it wil be on my record, i hope there not too much of a big drop other wise she mite be like hmmm (but on the other hand i deep down want a big drop lol)

I know how you feel. It's like you didn't do a good job if people don't notice. But you also don't want to have to defend yourself. As long as you are still a decently healthy weight now I doubt she will say anything. Or if she does, just say you had the flu last week. lol.
