Sorry i've not been around for a while, I have been struggling with a plateau like esw and i've been trying to concentrate on that!

I'm glad your back! just a few more days of this holiday crap and then its time for the pounds to melt off! I do not want to encourage anyone to gain weight but I would agree with you that eating like a normal person (but at the same time maintaining current weight) during the holidays seems to be helping me keep from going completely insane. But I know that January is going to be a tough month. That's O.K because we all have the power to drop the weight in the coming weeks. It will be hard, but I am sure that we can successfully do it with each others support! Keep me posted on your success in the coming weeks, I am curious as to how much weight we can take off. :)
